A 45 min class based on 15 mins of conditioning 15 mins of aerobics and 15 mins of AB work. Aerobic exercise conditions the heart and the lungs, as well as encouraging weight loss. This type of exercise is done either by a circuit or step routine, low or high intensity. You choose!
